Some days, she has no idea how she’ll do it. But every single day, it still gets done
Hi my dear blog readers. I wanted to blog about what I believe being a boss is all about. I know there are days or times in your life when you are overwhelmed by all your obligations and day to day tasks you have to do to get through the day. The stress of it all sometimes builds up to the point we need a break from it all. We all go through it, it is the reality of growing up. We are trying to constantly balance it all: work, home and social life. Sometimes one aspect of our lives take over and we feel like we cannot juggle the other things on our plate which leads to frustration, anxiety, emotional break downs, etc. Just know you are not alone and every single one of us is doing the same thing. I have my days were I have no energy and no drive. Feeling this way is OK, this is perfectly mine and normal. It is how we overcome these normal feelings that makes us strong, like a boss. Being a boss is more of an attitude. It is standing tall even when we are overwhelmed and doing what needs to be done with style and grace.
I think the biggest thing about acting or feeling like a boss is all in your head. It is about your mind frame and your outlook on your day, your life and your capabilities. Yes we are tired but you can do it! I find when I give myself a little inner monologue or pep talk if you will, it really gives me the motivation I need to keep pushing through. It is so easy to convince ourselves that we are tired or I think I’ll skip the gym today or I am going through a breakup so feeling down or being unmotivated is justified. That is the easy way, giving up. Pushing through and getting up is the harder part but it is more beneficial and rewarding. So my lovelies, I challenge you. Overcome all your worries and negative feelings and be a boss!
